Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² house in Locmiquélic to rent for up to 7 people.
It comprises a 36 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 200 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 36 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double sofa bed - Shower room (with shower and WC) First floor: - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a desk - Shower room and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 200 m² enclosed and private garden, facing south-east, to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Locmiquélic, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Swimming on the calm beaches of Port-Louis, Riantec and Plouhinec - Fishing, including foot fishing at low tide - Scuba diving (clubs and spots nearby) - Surfing (well-known spots accessible in 15 to 20 minutes) - Kitesurfing (spots around 10 to 15 minutes away) - Windsurfing, wingfoil, sailing and catamaran trips - Kayak or paddle trips from Port de Pen Mané or Port Sainte-Catherine - Hiking on the GR34 and coastal paths - Cycle routes and walks around the harbour - Birdwatching in the Pen Mané nature reserve - Discover the local heritage: tide mill, Saint-Michel church - Sea excursions to the island of Groix (departing from Lorient) - Cultural visits in Lorient: Cité de la Voile, submarine base, museums Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Boat shuttles between Port-Mané / Sainte-Catherine and Lorient (less than 10 min crossing) - Lorient SNCF train station: about 25 minutes by car - Lorient Bretagne Sud airport (Lann Bihoué): approx. 25 mins. - Rennes-Saint-Jacques airport: approximately 1 h 15 To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
