This apartment consists of: - a comfortable living room, - a friendly dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - a room with a 160x200 bed, - a mezzanine "sleeping area" with two single beds in 90x200, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, - work desk, - TV, cable/satellite, Wifi, - radiators, - smoke detector, coat hangers. The property also features private parking and offers a pleasant view of the residence’s courtyard gardens. Ideally located, this property enjoys an exceptional setting just 25 meters from Boyardville Beach, right next to an iconic historic site. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly.

Het appartement en de locatie waren mooi, de organisatie Welkeys was slecht!

Positive:
Het appartement was mooi, goede keukenspullen en bedden. Helaas geen airco zoals vermeld was. De conciërge was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het was een mooie locatie waar je binnen enkele minuten op het strand was.
Negative:
De (tussen)organisatie Welkeys was erg slecht. Ze zijn heel bureauc...
