This beautiful 1966 mid-century home will greet you with an open and inviting dining and entertaining space.
The kitchen has been nicely updated with breakfast bar, granite counters and stainless appliances.
It opens seamlessly to the living space making it perfect for entertaining.
Step through the french glass doors and out to your oasis backyard complete with a sparkling pool and spa, plenty of space for relaxing and soaking up the sun or indulge in a classic cookout in the fresh air! Mid Century Oasis is the dream destination for relaxing so come enjoy, unwind and soak up some desert sun, it is located in the prestigious Tamarisk neighborhood of Rancho Mirage. Please note that you will not have access to the garage at this home. We respect our guests' privacy and aim for a seamless, independent stay.
We will not be present during your visit but are readily available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

Please review these important details for your stay: ** RANCHO MIRAGE City’s MINIMUM NIGHT Requirements. ** Please note properties without a City-issued Short-Term Rental License are restricted to rentals with a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights. *** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT *** The person renting the property MUST be 25 years old per the City of RANCHO MIRAGE. *** CITY REQUIREMENTS for RENTAL CONTRACTS: *** In compliance with City of Rancho Mirage regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation** *** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $2499 for reservations exceeding 30-days AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations.)*** *** EARLY Check-in / LATE Check-out: *** We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.

Each home is professionally prepared before your arrival using enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols, EPA-registered products, and meticulous attention to high-touch surfaces and overall presentation.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality so you can arrive with confidence and enjoy a pristine, welcoming home from the moment you arrive. *** PET FEE: *** A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning. (1 Small Dog allowed, no cats). *** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: *** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.

The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries.
Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
