Discover this pleasant house ideally located in Hourtin, in a quiet neighborhood close to the town center, perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a bright living room with a view of the garden, ideal for relaxing moments, a functional kitchen fully equipped for preparing your meals, as well as a separate WC. Upstairs, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms with storage: one with a double bed (160x200 cm), one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and one with a single bed (90 cm), perfect for both adults and children.
You will also find a bathroom equipped with a sink and a WC. Outside, make the most of sunny days thanks to a pleasant terrace, a garden and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors in a peaceful setting.
Located close to the village of Hourtin and its summer markets, cycling paths and sports facilities, and just a few minutes from Hourtin Lake as well as the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, this house is the perfect starting point to explore the region and unwind.
