A cozy and bright 81 sqm apartment, perfect for four guests, located on the first floor of a period building (no elevator).
The property, which boasts a splendid view of the village, is situated in Riomaggiore—one of the famous "Cinque Terre"—just 5 minutes from Riomaggiore Castle and 6 minutes from the train station.
The accommodation consists of a dining area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- DINING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, Moka pot, kettle, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, and a small sofa;
- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and clothes rack;
- BATHROOM with a raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split units in the bedrooms), independent heating (radiators), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is a locked room that is off-limits to guests;
- The apartment does not have a TV;
- Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment.
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. We use this procedure to verify your details and documents and to transmit the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service—the official Italian system for registering guests staying in the country.

The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74).
In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for any type of building.
In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
Check-in is handled via a self-check-in process.

The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out. The Cinque Terre is one of Liguria's most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas, spanning a roughly 10-kilometer stretch of the eastern coast.
The region is defined by five ancient, stunningly beautiful seaside villages perched dramatically above the sea: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore.
A regional train service connects the five villages, running with an average frequency of three trains per hour. The property is located in Riomaggiore—a village dating back to the 7th century—just a short distance from the town center and the train station.
Key local attractions include the *Via dell'Amore* (Lover's Lane), a trail connecting Riomaggiore to Manarola that is famous for its enchanting, unforgettable views, and the Church of San Giovanni Battista, a Neo-Gothic structure built in 1340. ...and the Castle of Riomaggiore, built in 1260, which stands on the rocky spur separating the oldest part of the village from the area that developed near the train station, offering a stunning view. A minibus service runs down to the Marina. To make the most of your visit to the Cinque Terre, we recommend purchasing the "Cinque Terre Card" (which also grants access to the trains connecting the five villages). Main attractions: - Church of San Giovanni Battista: 1-minute walk; - Castle of Riomaggiore: 5-minute walk; - Via dell’Amore (start): 7-minute walk; - Riomaggiore Beach: 10-minute walk; - La Spezia: 15 minutes by train. - Veciu Muin (restaurant): 1-minute walk; - Arsura Riomaggiore (bar): 1-minute walk; - Coop (supermarket): 2-minute walk. - From Pisa Airport, the apartment can be reached in about 1 hour and 40 minutes: take the Pisamover to Pisa Central Station, then continue by train to La Spezia Centrale, where you can catch the train stopping at Riomaggiore (400 meters from the property). - From La Spezia Station, the apartment can be reached in about 25 minutes by train to Riomaggiore (400 meters from the property). - If traveling by car, please note that the apartment does NOT have dedicated parking; however, paid parking is available at the Rio Park (availability NOT guaranteed). Please note: waste disposal will be handled directly by the cleaning service at the end of your stay. Guests are therefore not required to dispose of waste before checking out.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni nella struttura che abbiamo trovato molto accogliete e vicina alla stazione ottima per potersi spostare nelle 5 terre.

We loved staying here! It’s a beautiful apartment, fresh and clean. It had everything we needed. One side of the apartment looked over the Main Street (high up) so you could enjoy the buzz below but it was not at all noisy at bedtime. The other side is by a lovely church. This town is a beautiful place to stay to explore the Cinque Terre and I would definitely stay in this apartment again!
