It is fully equipped for a pleasant stay and can accommodate up to 4 guests. ## Logement Welcome to this beautiful apartment of 73 m2 located in Montpellier, this accommodation bathed in light and without vis-à-vis offers an ideal setting for your holidays. The first air-conditioned room has a double bed for optimal comfort. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90x190, and a folding baby bed 60x120 is also available, with air freshener. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee to facilitate your arrival. A Wifi connection is at your disposal throughout the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator and washing machine. The living room, with a TV with Netflix, opens onto a private garden with a cool and shaded area, equipped with a teak table, four chairs, a large parasol and two deck chairs. You will also enjoy access to the shared swimming pool, open from the end of May to mid-September, from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. and supervised by a lifeguard, as well as access to the residence’s tennis courts. Transport is facilitated by the tram line 5 stop located less than 100 meters away, allowing access to the city center in just 15 minutes. Regarding parking, you can park freely and for free without difficulty along the driveways of the residence, especially in front of the building.
Activities and amenities are within walking distance with a shopping center including a pharmacy, a bakery (very good) with terrace for your breakfast, the post office and doctors within 100 meters. The Carrefour Market of Montpellier Croix d'Argent is 12 minutes walk for your daily shopping.
