Cocoonr agency offers this charming 55 m² air-conditioned house in Beaumes-de-Venise to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The ground-floor accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A cosy and bright 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with two double beds (140×190), one of which is on a mezzanine
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A small landscaped area
- An inflatable spa, open from mid-May to early October, weather permitting.
Dates are subject to change. The property also has a lockable bike storage room, measuring 8 m², which can accommodate up to 6 bikes.
It is equipped with two sockets for electric bikes, a pump and some tools.
Adjoining the house, it is accessible directly from the street. The house is ideally located in Beaumes-de-Venise, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Discover the Rocher de Rocalinaud, the Notre-Dame d'Aubune trail, the Ambrosi caves and the ancient theatre of Orange. - Hiking in the Dentelles de Montmirail - Visit the vineyards - Tasting of local produce - Visit Mont Ventoux and Avignon - There's plenty to do in the village every summer. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house (in front of the accommodation or in the public car park about 300 m away). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus line A: "Salette" bus stop 3 minutes' walk away - Nearest train station: Avignon, about 35 km away - Nearest airport: Nîmes Grande Provence Méditerranée, about 85 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Air conditioning in the living room - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
