Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² house for rent in Crozon, near Morgat, less than 200 m from the beach and shops.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning stove (pellets not provided) - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., as well as a dining area. - A dining room - A shower room with shower, WC and laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer) First floor: - A television on the landing - Bedroom 1: two single beds forming a king-size double bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with sea view - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The house is ideally located in Crozon, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the port... The Crozon Morgat sailing club is a 10-minute walk away! Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (capacity 1 space). Free public parking is available near the house and in the surrounding area. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Brest airport and station are 1 hour away by car. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Presence of an alarm which will be deactivated throughout the season - The stove is functional, pellets are not supplied - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
