Cocoonr agency offers this 50 m² house in Marseillan, 120 m from the beach, which sleeps up to 6 people, to rent.
It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
1ᵉ floor
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa (convertible, double bed) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
2ᵉ floor:
Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two singles)
- A shower room with shower and WC
There is a garage on the ground floor of the accommodation.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, plancha, fan.
Outside:
- An 8 m² south-east-facing balcony (with table, chairs and parasol) accessible from the living room.
- 25 m² south-east-facing terrace
The house is ideally located in Marseillan, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Marseillan Plage amusement park about 2 km away - Robinson beach 120 m away - Boat trips on the Etang de Thau from the Port of Marseillan, around 7 km away - Scuba diving: Obéron wreck, Roc de Marseillan... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed 25 m² garage, which can accommodate any type of car, and in the private parking space in the condominium in front of the house. Free parking spaces are available in front of the condominium. In Marseillan, all journeys can be made on foot or by bike, thanks to the cycle paths. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Marseillan-Plage railway station is a 5-minute drive away - Montpellier Méditérannée airport is 1 hour away by car To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams and a partner concierge. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
