Cocoonr offers this 52 m² air-conditioned flat in Agde to rent for up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, this flat with wifi (fibre optics) included is just waiting for you!
The flat comprises
- A 20 m² living room with : TV, double sofa bed, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine (filter and Dolce Gusto), electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 x 200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (190x90)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have provided a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot, baby bath and baby chair.
Outside:
- A 6 m² east-facing terrace, equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Communal areas:
- The swimming pool, which is not heated, is shared by the residence.
It is 50 m from the accommodation and is open from 15 June to 15 September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. The flat is ideally located in Agde, just 3 km from the sea, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are nearby. Activities : - Visit the historic town centre - Beaches at Rochelongue (approx. 3 km) and at Grau d'Agde or Cap d'Agde (approx. 4 km) - Various walking excursions - The Hérault gorges - Visit the Cathar castles - Béziers and the Fonserane locks - Aqualand - Europark in Vias - L'Archipel aquatic centre in Agde Transport : If you choose to come by car, the owner provides two numbered parking spaces. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus lines 2 and 3 150 m from the station and the beaches - Agde train station: 2.6 km away - Montpellier Méditerranée airport: 67km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optics) - One pet allowed (small cat or dog, maximum 10kg) for a supplement of €15/stay.
Please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.

Le logement,la proximité,le calme
Pas d abattant au wc,tringle à rideau décelée salle à manger,porte serviette SDB décelée et poser par terre,fuite robinet baignoire SDB,baie vitrée séjour côté clim ne marche pas,logement sale.
Mme wouters Virginie ne prend pas le temps,elle nous accueille juste et s en va!!
