Breathtaking views over Valdichiana and Monte Amiata, olive groves, nature, and complete relaxation. Typical Umbrian-Tuscan farmhouse with annex, finely renovated, ideal for group holidays, large families, events, and retreats. Spacious living room (180 sqm) for over 60 people with equipped kitchen, fireplace, relaxation area, TV, table football, and audio system for events/karaoke. The outdoor area is on split levels and features: private garden, saltwater pool with hydromassage (exclusive use), barbecue, wood-fired oven, playground, and table tennis. The pool is located on a different level than the house. Reserved covered parking. Experiences nearby: Lake Trasimeno, trekking, horse riding, golf, spa, rafting, quad biking, and excursions. The apartments are accessed via an external staircase with the main entrance through the loggia: there is no internal connection between the apartments or between the ground floor and the apartments. Air conditioning is available in all apartments, both in the living room and bedroom, and is included in the rental price. Depending on availability, the double bed in the bedroom can be replaced with two single beds. A baby cot can be added on request for an extra charge. Heating in each apartment is provided by underfloor heating.
