Tucked within a quiet mews‑style courtyard — a beautifully converted former farm courtyard with a small collection of neighbouring properties — Pen Glorian enjoys a wonderfully peaceful setting on the edge of the historic town of Conwy. The living/dining room offers a relaxed space to unwind, while the first‑floor mezzanine snug includes a sofa bed please request on booking. A sun room provides further space for guests to enjoy. The property includes one ground‑floor double bedroom and a shower room with walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Oil central heating, WiFi, Smart TV, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included. Externally, guests can enjoy a balcony and an enclosed rear patio with outdoor furniture.
