The accommodation comprises - A bright 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and convivial dining area - A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Laundry room (with washing machine) - Bedroom 1: with a single bed, wardrobe and desk (accessible from the living room) - Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190), wardrobe and desk - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC The flat is ideally located in Le Mans, in a quiet area close to everything: shops, restaurants, bars, market, small boutiques... You can do it all on foot! To discover during your stay: - The emblematic 24 Hours of Le Mans & 24 Hours of Motorcycling (circuit visit possible) - The magnificent Vieux Mans (Cité Plantagênet) and its medieval streets - Saint-Julien cathedral and the Gallo-Roman city walls - The Carré Plantagênet museum, the Royal Abbey of Épau - Relaxing walks along the banks of the Sarthe river - For families: the must-see Papéa Parc (10 minutes away), the Arche de la Nature (Nature Arch) Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Le Mans TGV, about 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by tram. - The nearest tram station is Gambetta-Mûriers (T1) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
