The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and air conditioning - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A private, partially enclosed 100 m² garden. The flat is ideally located in Marine de Sant Ambroggio (Lumio), in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Saint Ambroggio beach - Hiking in the area : The Col de Sant'Antonino, trails around the village of Saint'Antonino - Visit the village of Lumio - Water sports: kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, diving - Scandola Nature Reserve Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest airport: Calvi, about 15 km away - Nearest port: Île Rousse, about 13 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
