This apartment is located in a modern, chalet-style residence in the heart of Sestriere.
It's just steps from the ski lifts and shuttle bus. In winter, the slopes cater to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, making the residence an excellent home base for an activity-filled mountain getaway. The apartament is on the second floor of an attractive, central chalet with elevator access.
It can accommodate up to five guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the stunning Italian Alps in any season. This contemporary, open-plan apartment, with colourful furnishings, consists of an open plan living space, which is full of light, thanks to the large French windows, which lead out to the private balcony.
The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, plus a flat-screen TV. The dining table includes banquette seating and is next to the open kitchen.
The attractive, rustic-style kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The elegant master bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wooden wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and French windows leading out to a private balcony. Bedroom 2: This airy second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed, wardrobe space and French windows to a balcony. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: The stylish bathroom has a full bath, with a shower attachment, a basin, bidet and WC Bathroom 2: This attractively tiled bathroom has a glass shower, a basin, bidet and WC. The resort also offers a wide range of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding, and snowshoeing.In summer, guests can enjoy scenic hikes through forests and alpine meadows, as well as a variety of mountain biking trails suitable for all skill levels.
Additional activities such as tennis, golf, and swimming are available, and the region hosts numerous festivals and events for all ages, from environmental programs to cultural evenings.Sestriere boasts an excellent selection of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and budget.
