The covered balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
The spacious living area has ample seating with a couch and chair/ rocker.
The dining table seats 4. Our beach-themed 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bath condo features tile & luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a well-equipped kitchen (offer a regular drip coffee maker in the kitchen), washer & dryer, & WIFI.
With a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living area, unit 218 can comfortably sleep 4 guests. Use the stoplight to stop traffic for a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access and indoor pool.
The boat slips are for owners only.
One mile from Flora Bama makes for a nice walk or quick Uber ride. * Before going to the complex, you will need to visit our Bella Beach Properties office, which is located next to Bubba's in Orange Beach, to pick up parking pass. The boat slips are for owners only.
Guests may use the pier to sightsee or fish but only owners can use the boat slips. *There is a regular drip coffee maker in this condo.*
