Outside: - An 8.9 m² balcony, south-facing so as to benefit from good natural light for most of the day, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Schiltigheim, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
