Cocoonr agency offers this charming 90 m² house in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometre from the beach, to rent with wifi.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 50 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the raised ground floor (a few steps to climb at the entrance to the house): - A raised living area of 30 m² with a TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… On the first floor: - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and a cot - A bathroom with shower and toilet On the second floor: - A mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). This bedroom opens onto the stairwell. Outside: - A lovely 50 m² garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus stop near the accommodation: Solidor stop - Line 8. - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station, about 7 minutes by car (2.8 km). - Nearest airport: Rennes airport about 1 hour's drive away (76 km). - St Malo ferry terminal 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot.
Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in 'ready-to-live-in' rentals, who will be at your service throughout your stay to ensure you enjoy it to the full.
