The generous volumes and well-thought-out layout allow everyone to enjoy their own space while sharing wonderful moments together. You will have two private parking spaces right in front of the house, for a convenient and hassle-free stay. Outside, a private enclosed garden of around 500 m² awaits you: ideal for al fresco dining, children's games or simply relaxing in the sun after a day at the beach. Trés belle maison avec un extérieur trés agréable dans un quartier trés calme, avec un accés à la plage en 10 minutes à pied. En revanche , la salle de bain de la chambre du rez de chaussée aurait besoin d'une grosse rénovation ..... Dommage !
Par contre, nous avons apprécier le calme et le fait de trouver une bouteille de cidre à notre arrivée.
