Basement flat with patio north of Gallipoli This bright, newly built flat with independent entrance is located on the basement floor of a villa in Lido Conchiglie, north of Gallipoli.
It is only 150 metres from the sea, which is easily accessed by very low cliffs.
The enchanting beach, equipped and free, stretches for 5 kilometres from Riva Bella to Lido Conchiglie and is only 500 metres from the house.
Nearby there is also a hill planted with pines and shrubs, with footpaths for long walks in the green.
About 3 kilometres away are the Rio Bo Fashion Club and the Latin Quarter discos as well as the Splash water park.The flat consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on either side, a bathroom, a large patio with an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a large gazebo, table and armchairs.
The dwelling is furnished with new furniture and is equipped with the following comforts: beds with wooden slats, air conditioning/heating in every room, laundry, built-in safe, 32" satellite Led TV and free internet access.
