Traditional dishes such as chicken with morel mushrooms, fondue and potée comtoise reflect the rich gastronomic heritage of the region. • Outdoor activities: enjoy walks around the town centre, explore nearby cycling paths and hiking trails, or unwind at the Lédonia thermal spa. Nature lovers can venture further into the vineyards and the Lake District. • Places to visit: explore the historic town centre of Lons-le-Saunier, the thermal centre and the Parc des Bains, and the Maison de la Vache Qui Rit, before discovering the surrounding villages and natural sites of the Jura.
