During the winter months, unwind by the fireplace (available from November 1 to March 31).
Villa with three bedrooms and an independent cottage, accommodating up to 8 guests in an ideal setting for both work and leisure : The villa L’Oisette offers three spacious upstairs bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, integrated toilets and ample storage ensuring comfort and privacy.
The first bedroom features a Queen Size bed (160×200) and a dedicated workspace.
The second bedroom, furnished with a King Size bed (180×200), also includes a workspace and a television.
The third bedroom offers a lounge corner with television and a desk, and provides three sleeping options with its King Size bed (180×200) and single bed (90×190).
A charming independent cottage, suitable for people with reduced mobility, excluding wheelchair users, completes the property.
It includes a Queen Size bed (160×200), a bathroom and a wooden terrace overlooking the garden and the golf course, ensuring a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.
Villa with private pool, jacuzzi and a large garden opening seamlessly onto the golf course : A true haven of tranquility, L’Oisette’s outdoor spaces invite relaxation and well being.
After a day on the green, enjoy the above ground pool (4.60 meters in diameter, open and heated from May to late September) and the jacuzzi (2 meters in diameter, open from May to late September).
The large garden offers a serene natural setting, perfect for outdoor lunches or peaceful moments in the shade facing the golf course.
A ping pong table is also available for enjoyable shared activities.
Whether you are passionate about golf, fond of nature or simply seeking relaxation, L’Oisette is the perfect base to explore Brittany’s rich history, its spectacular coastline and its renowned sites. * Facilities and services > 1 outdoor parking space for up to 3 cars > Orange TV + WiFi > End-of-stay cleaning compulsory: €250 > Linen provided (bed linen and towels) > Reception: The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in seasonal rentals.
Someone will be there to welcome you on arrival and ensure you have had a pleasant stay when you leave.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., a supplement of €40 will be charged on arrival.
We do not accept arrivals after 11 p.m. > A deposit of €1,500 by bank pre-authorisation (no debit) will be requested one week before your arrival.
