The spacious sitting room provides a warm and inviting setting for evenings in, while the large family and dining area forms the heart of the home — ideal for long dinners, celebrations, or relaxed mornings.
A separate study/bedroom offers flexibility for remote work or additional sleeping space. Upstairs, the generous bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer comfort and privacy, making the property ideal for multi-generational stays, group bookings, or extended visits. A highlight of the property is the private swimming pool, perfect for warm-weather stays, family enjoyment, or peaceful afternoons in the sun. Pool is not heated - only open from MID JULY TO MID SEPTEMBER Pool maintenance company, will come every week.

We won’t open earlier or later. The surrounding outdoor space offers room to relax, dine, and enjoy the calm of this residential setting - creating a true countryside escape while remaining well connected.
The annex is not in use as used for our personal storage as seen on the plan. We leave our car parked up to one side on the property.

Situated within easy reach of the Surrey Hills, the property provides an ideal base for scenic walks, cycling routes, and countryside pubs, while still offering convenient access to nearby towns and transport links into London. This balance of accessibility and tranquillity makes the home perfect for both leisure and work-related stays.m Guests will have the house to themselves, excluding the annex.
Pool won’t open earlier or later than the months mentioned Staying with Pass the Keys® The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company. Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard.
All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.). If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you! IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
