It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approx. 11 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 26 m² air-conditioned living room with a dining area, TV and sofa. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - One bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (sleeps three 90x200) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, clothes line, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - An 11 m² south-facing balcony, accessible from the bedroom and living room with furniture. - A shared 11 m² garden for enjoying the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Vitrolles, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - CVCK Vitrolles sailing club (about 3 minutes by car) - Karting de l'Étang (about 3 minutes by car) - Marettes beach (approx. 4 mins by car) - RV Salins (about 8 minutes by car) - Baume Canouille climbing site (approx. 3 mins by car) - Marseille and Aix-en-Provence are a 30-minute drive away.
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered parking space in the basement of the flat's private car park (any type of vehicle - maximum height 2m).
Free parking is available on the outskirts of the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Falaise bus stop approximately 150m away - Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence TGV about 17 minutes away - Marseille Saint-Charles railway station, about 30 minutes away by car - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, about 8 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets accepted free of charge.
