After parking up in the rear designated space, guests ascend the communal staircase and step into a bright, open-plan living area. The leather corner sofa beckons for relaxed evenings with a film on the Smart TV, while the Juliette balcony frames the space with natural light and a view over the quiet residential surroundings. Gather around the dining table for five to share stories over supper, or turn up the heat on the gas hob to whip up a favourite dish, with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster all within reach. Let the dishwasher take care of the clean-up while the washer/dryer stands ready for sandy towels or seaside layers. The two double bedrooms offer hanging space for belongings and a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, serviced by a shower room with shower over, hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is designated parking for one car to the rear and roadside parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Flat 12 is a well-equipped base for exploring Merseyside. Note: Bath not in use due to flooding risk. Note: Communal entrance.
