Lovely trullo with its characteristic architecture, equipped with every comfort to accommodate two people.
The accommodation is located in the Itria Valley countryside, a short distance from the center of Martina Franca, where you can enjoy a peaceful holiday and explore the surrounding area by car.
It features a furnished patio in the shared garden with table, chairs and a barbecue, and a beautiful hot tub for unforgettable moments of relaxation.
Parking included! The 50 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a trulli complex (please note there is a low step to access it) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with two separate induction hobs, mini fridge with small freezer compartment, moka pot, kettle and microwave - Living area with dining table and fabric bench - Bedroom with double bed, alcove clothes rack with hangers, and split air conditioning - Ensuite bathroom with wc, bidet, and shower - Garden features a covered patio, resin hot tub, table and chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
Additional amenities available to guests include: uncovered parking inside the gate, UNLIMITED WIFI, split-unit heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes for a fee).
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code.
Instructions will be provided upon check-in. - NO TV - The bench in the living area is not a bed. - The WiFi is not high-speed, and the thickness of the trulli walls does not always guarantee an excellent signal. - The umbrella in the photo is NOT usable.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and full of works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley.
A visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and the Villa Comunale with its shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical style fountains is unmissable.
Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
The accommodation is located in a quiet hamlet 5 minutes' drive from the center, where you can find essential services such as a bar, pharmacy and supermarket.
