The spacious and bright room has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a desk, a wardrobe and a television for your comfort.
You will have access to the shared areas: a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, and a bathroom and toilet shared with other travellers.
A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a large 100 m² garden with a terrace and furniture, ideal for relaxing.
The building is located in the centre of Lorient, but on a quiet, low-traffic street.
Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and services, and the train station is only 10 minutes away.
Parking is free on the street or available in nearby paid car parks.
We offer three private rooms in this building.
LINEN INCLUDED: sheets, towels, tea towel and bath mats.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
