Set close to the Dorset/Devon border near Hawkchurch, this inviting annexe sits within expansive grounds that sweep into the Axe Valley, where mornings begin with birdsong and evenings settle into quiet stillness. With over an acre to explore and long views across open countryside, it feels pleasantly secluded while still being within easy reach of the coast and nearby towns.
Inside, the layout is thoughtfully arranged to support comfortable, relaxed living. The lounge provides a welcoming place to unwind after a day out, whether you’re watching the Smart TV or taking time to rest. The kitchen and dining area is well‑equipped for everyday use, making breakfasts, lunches, and evening meals easy to enjoy at your own pace.
When night comes, two well‑presented bedrooms offer privacy and comfort: a double room with its own en‑suite, and a twin room well suited to friends, family members or younger guests.

The bedrooms include a double with en-suite shower room and a twin. Outside, there is a private garden with seating and a covered veranda, plus shared access to a paddock, orchard, and firepit, along with off-road parking for two cars. One well behaved dog welcome.
