Cocoonr agency offers this cosy 78 m² house for rent in Plougrescant, about 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a 35 m² living room (with woodburner), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 750 m² garden.

The ground floor comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV and wood-burning stove (1st flambé provided) - Kitchen area with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker with 3 burners and electric hob - Dining area - Shower room - Separate WC Upstairs, on the landing, you'll find : - Bedroom 1 with three single beds (90x200) (convertible into a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed) - Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160×200) For even greater comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, high chair, washing machine and cot.
Outside : A beautiful 750 m² private garden open to nature with a 15 m² terrace (south-facing) and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located in Plougrescant, in very pleasant surroundings.
In the village, you'll find a grocer's, a baker's, a bar-tabac, a chemist's, etc.
Activities : - Beaches 500 m away on foot 10 minutes by car to the town of Tréguier, the historic capital of the Trégor region, with its cathedral, timber-framed houses, etc. - The Plougrescant chasm site is just a few minutes away by car and a 30-minute walk along the customs path. - Sea kayaking club nearby - Horse riding nearby - Sailing club 15 minutes away Public transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby.
Parking is available on the pavement in front of the house and along the road.
A car will be essential if you wish to move around the area surrounding the property.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lannion, approx. 26 km away - Nearest airport: Lannion - Côte de Granit Rose, approx. 30 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and La conciergerie Annaick (concierge/housekeeping service).
