Independent and private loft apartment (100 m²) with a swimming pool (shared with the main house), a very large garden, and stunning views of Barcelona city, the sea, and the mountains.
The property is next to vineyards and several hiking routes.
Alella is a popular wine town. Several beaches are nearby, Barcelona is 20 km away, and the airport is a 30 minute drive. This is the perfect accommodation for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday close to the sea and mountains while still being near Barcelona city. --- This is a large (100 m²) loft apartment with one king-size bed, one single bed, and its own private bathroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a TV (Netflix and Prime available). The loft has its own terrace with a table and umbrella, ideal for having breakfast or coffee while enjoying the views. The loft also includes some gym equipment and a yoga mat. In the kitchen you will find: - Capsule coffee maker - Induction cooktop - Microwave with grilling function - Fridge with freezer - Toaster and sandwich maker - Kettle - Tableware and cookware The swimming pool is saltwater and offers views of the garden, mountains, and the Barcelona skyline.
It is a private pool shared only with the main house (where our family lives).
We use it occasionally, typically when guests are not present. In the pool area, there is an additional full bathroom with a shower, exclusively for guest use. Free private parking is available at the entrance to the loft. The loft is located on the same estate as the main house (where my family and I live) but offers privacy and independent access. We are a family of four with one friendly dog.
We speak English, Spanish, Lithuanian, and a little Russian. Please note: the loft has stairs leading to the private bathroom.
This may not be suitable for guests who cannot or have difficulty climbing stairs. Only registered guests staying at the loft are allowed on the property.
Friends or visitors are not permitted.
