We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of £300.
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the space clean.
Basic toiletries and kitchen essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies) provided.
There will be some complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days.
If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Please make sure to bring your own if you run out during your stay.
PARKING: There is free on-street public parking outside the house.
We cannot reserve a parking spot, so parking spaces are subject to being available on the street.
Guests are advised to refer to street signs for any parking restrictions.
