Cozy and well-furnished holiday home in Kerteminde, located close to both the lovely beach Nordstranden and the charming town center.

The house has been partially renovated and appears bright and welcoming, with a living room in open connection to the kitchen.

The house offers two spacious bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is a nice and roomy bathroom with a shower cabin.

The home is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove, ensuring comfort and a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.

For entertainment, Chromecast is available, allowing you to stream your favorite content (no traditional TV channels).

From the living room, you have direct access to a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. Behind the house, you’ll find a terraced plot with a lawn on the lower level as well as another terrace — perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. From the terrace and the house, you have views of the lakes in the Sybergland nature area.

There is also access to an EV charging station.

Beautiful surroundings and interesting experiences in Kerteminde

Kerteminde is one of the small gems of Funen.

The town isn't very large, but it has everything you need for a delightful vacation.

To the north and south of the town, you'll find Kerteminde's two fantastic beaches.

The beach Nordstranden is the most child-friendly and very popular among tourists and locals.

During the summer, lifeguards keep a watchful eye on swimmers from the distinctive red and white lifeguard tower.

After a lovely day at the beach, it's just a few minutes' walk to the charming town center.

Here, you have great opportunities to browse through exciting specialty shops and enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants and cafes.

On the new Renaissance Harbor, you can savor an ice cream or a cup of coffee while watching the small boats passing by. At Fjord & Bælt, you can take the whole family and get up close to porpoise and seals.

At Johannes Larsen Museum, you can explore the famous painter's home and a large, modern exhibition building with changing art exhibitions.

Don't forget to visit the Coffee House, which arguably offers the town's most beautiful view.
