The accommodation includes: • 45 m² duplex in a fully renovated village house • Access via stairs • Air conditioning throughout the accommodation Layout: • Ground floor entrance with a small hallway • 1st floor: cosy living room, open-plan equipped kitchen, dining area • 2nd floor: large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a modern bathroom separated by a glass partition Equipped kitchen: • Cooktop • Refrigerator • Microwave or oven depending on the accommodation’s equipment • Coffee maker and kettle depending on the accommodation’s equipment • Dishes and utensils for cooking • Cleaning included • ⚠️ Not wheelchair accessible: stairs are unavoidable Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property. • Full access to the accommodation • A small room on the ground floor remains closed and is not accessible • ⚠️ Stairs on site, accommodation not wheelchair accessible
