The Cocoonr agency offers this 38 m² cottage for rent in Guidel, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It consists of a lovely 22 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 13 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed.
Outside:
- A beautiful 13 m² private enclosed garden
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace with no neighbors opposite, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The cottage is ideally located in Guidel, in a very quiet and pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - Hiking: numerous walking trails start from the estate and around Guidel - Fishing in the Laïta River (brackish waters) - Swimming or walking on the beaches of Guidel - Saint-Mathieu Chapel and the remains of Fort du Loch in the center of Guidel - Flea market or visit to the local market (Sunday morning in the village) to discover local products Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private parking lot (one space). For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station and airport: Lorient, about 9 miles away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and reservation management service) and a local concierge service. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic). - Pets accepted free of charge.
One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use. - Any requests to arrive or depart outside the specified times are subject to the availability of the person in charge of arrivals.

Qu'il nous a fallu tondre la pelouse, désherber les massifs, balayer la terrasse encombrée d'un m3 de feuilles, vider un coffre extérieur d'une eau croupie, passer l'aspirateur et ôter nombres toiles d'araignées. Nous n'avons cependant pas pu ré-installer le rideau et sa barre trouvée dans un placard.
