The three-room apartment, very bright and located on the third floor with elevator of a recently renovated building, is ideal for couples with children or groups of up to 3 people.
It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a French bed; both are equipped with wall-mounted walk-in closets and a French door with access to the private balcony.
The kitchen and living room are located in a single functional environment.
The kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, pantry, Nespresso coffee machine and a complete set of dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses and cutlery.
The lounge offers two armchairs with coffee tables, perfect for relaxing while admiring the panoramic views of the Marche hills.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, fibre Wi-Fi up to 100 Mega, ideal for video calls, streaming and remote work.
There is also a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube.
Also available to guests is a fridge bar, kettle with assortment of teas, coffee machine with pods, toaster and a table with chairs for breakfasts or quick meals.
