The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, with sea views less than 250 metres from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 40 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 20 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed 160*190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A terrace with sea view, a second south-facing terrace with a small garden and furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant, quiet setting.
You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. You can reach the following destinations directly via the coastal path: - Dahouët harbour (with numerous restaurants and shops) in 10-15 minutes on foot - 15-20 minutes on foot to the centre of Val André (resort centre: shops, restaurants, bars, local farmers' market, tourist office, thalassotherapy centre, casino, cinema, sailing school, etc.). The highlight of this rental: direct access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot... the Anse du Pissot, a beach located between the port of Dahouët and the large beach of Val-André. Two terraces to enjoy the sun at lunchtime or the sunset in the evening by the sea. The GR34 is a stone's throw away, allowing you to set off and explore this beautiful Breton coastline. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe - Nearest airport: Rennes On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
