The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to its own patio with a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and private: Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to a private patio. Second Bedroom: Offers another king bed and a TV. Den/Third Sleeping Area: A flexible space with a sleeper sofa that can also serve as a home office with a dedicated workspace. The home includes two full bathrooms: One bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional comforts include: Central air conditioning and heating Multiple TVs with cable An in-garage washer and dryer A private, enclosed garage for your vehicle *This home is suitable for children but is not pet-friendly. *Events and parties are not permitted. Cathedral Canyon Country Club is a gated, resort-style community known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush landscaping, and convenient location.
The community includes golf courses, tennis courts, and nearby hiking trails, shopping, dining, and all that Cathedral City and the greater Palm Springs area have to offer. We respect our guests' privacy and aim for a seamless, independent stay.
