Please note:
1: There are 2 movement sensors inside the property, which may resemble cameras, but don´t take or record any images, unless the alarm activates. We covered the lenses, so no images can be taken, even if the alarm goes off by accident during your stay. The sensors are located at the entrance, overlooking the living room, and in the corridor upstairs.
2: The pool heating is available from April to November.
3: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.
5: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 23:00 are prohibited at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
