Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped, modern kitchen and thoughtfully designed living spaces that make the villa ideal for both short and long stays. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this villa offers the ideal balance of tranquillity, outdoor adventure, comfort, and easy access to the coast and local attractions. Please note: 1: The pool heating is available from March 15th to May 15th, and from Ocober 1st to November 15th.
The hot tub is available from the 1st of October to the 15th of May. 2: Smoking and pets are not allowed. 3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited. 4: The villa is located in a residential area.
Parties and excessive noise after 23:00 are prohibited at all times. 5: You rent a private accommodation.
Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself. Included services -Swimming Pool - Hot tub - Parking - Air conditioning - Towels -Internet Access - Bed linen Optional services -Cot/Crib: Price: 30 € per booking. -Baby high chair: Price: 20 € per booking. - Pool heating Price: 100€ / week Enjoy impeccably clean and fresh towels and bed linens, thanks to our industrial-grade facilities that wash linens at 90 degrees for thorough disinfection and unmatched hygiene.
