The Cocoonr agency offers you this beautiful 210m² villa for rent in Sari-Solenzara in Favone, comprising two 42m² two-bedroom duplex flats, all air-conditioned, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool on a large 2,400m² plot and accommodating up to 15 guests.
The residence consists of a 126 m² main villa and two 42 m² duplexes, connected by a covered terrace, all set on 2,400 m² of land.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be hired from the concierge service.

The accommodation is as follows: An air-conditioned main villa with: - A 75 m² living room with TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood-burning stove (first fire free of charge), dining room - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with: electric kettle, American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), dressing room, key safe and pool access - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), wardrobe and shower room, pool access and separate WC - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190), wardrobe and view of the scrubland - Bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet and WC (not air-conditioned) - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities A 42m² air-conditioned duplex one-bedroom apartment on the scrubland side with: On the ground floor: - Living room with double sofa bed (140x190), TV, dining area - Open-plan fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, etc. - A bathroom with WC (not air-conditioned) Upstairs: - A mezzanine with double bed (160x190), storage space - Outside: a garden table and 4 chairs A second 42m² one-bedroom duplex apartment on the pool side with: On the ground floor: - A living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), TV and dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker and kettle - 1 bathroom (with shower and WC - not air-conditioned) Upstairs: - A mezzanine with double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190), storage space - Outside: a garden table with 4 chairs Outside: - A large, flat, fully enclosed 2,400 m² garden with trees, closed by an electric gate - An 11x5m saltwater infinity pool secured by an alarm, heated with a heat pump and open from 1 April to 15 November - A 100 m² terrace and a covered terrace connecting the main villa to the 2 duplexes.

Activities : Walking paths and hikes from the villa, various beaches including Favone less than 1 km away on foot, water sports, straw huts, bowling alley and cinema 20 minutes away by car and accrobranche in Cavu.
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.
Cars are preferable for all journeys.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: Nearest airports: - Figari 1 h - Bastia 1h30 away Nearest train stations : - Porto Vecchio 35 min away - Bastia 1h45 away Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
