## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the apartment consists of:
– two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds;
– a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
– a bathroom with a bathtub;
– a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
You will also enjoy a sea-facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for up to 5 people, perfect for meals or relaxing moments.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with: parking, Wi-Fi, television, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay. All shops are located on the same street.
A local market offering regional products takes place every Thursday and Sunday, all year round. A city bus stop is located 200 meters away. Many tourist attractions can be discovered within a 30 km radius, including: – La Baule; – the Guérande salt marshes; – the Croisic Peninsula and its Oceanarium; – Saint-Nazaire and its ocean liners; – the Brière Regional Natural Park. The small resort remains quite preserved from the tourist influx. The beach of Monsieur Hulot is the tourist point to see. A wooden esplanade allows you to walk along the beach and to observe the bronze statue representing the famous character of Jacques Tati.
A few restaurants are also accessible from this beach and in summer there are many activities (paddle, kitesurf, etc.).
