Located on the first floor with lift access, the flat offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant and self-catering stay. ## Logement 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements You’ll have two separate bedrooms with high-quality bedding: • One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) • One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), decorated in an immersive jungle theme. • A baby cot is also available, ideal for families 🛋️ Living area The bright living room is a cosy space to relax.
You can also enjoy a Smart TV with Netflix included for your relaxation time. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen It includes an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and all the essential everyday utensils. 💻 Workspace A desk area with an ergonomic office chair and a fibre Wi-Fi connection are at your disposal. 🧺Laundry room To make short or long stays easier, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine. ⚠️ Please note before booking: The common areas of the building (hallways, elevator) are outdated and may have unpleasant odors.

Commerce a proximité pour faire quelque courses.
