Bring the family to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for fun and a relaxing holiday. The flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house with another rental flat. Equipped with barbecue and terrace with table and benches under the pergola where you can spend relaxing moments and admire the marvellous surrounding landscape. Private car park on the fully fenced property. The beach can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutesThe new and comfortable flat is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private terrace covered by a splendid pergola and equipped with a table and benches at the entrance.the kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, outside window, bidet, toilet, wardrobe, outside window, two towels per person are provided (weekly change), the flat offers a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area consists of the dining and living area. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs, coat hanger. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection.In the fully fenced courtyard there is a barbecue area, trampoline for children and free parking.* Registration only on the first day, to be paid in cash on arrival. * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests - to respect the neighbours and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,- to switch off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when not in the accommodation for safety reasons,- to use the accommodation's equipment with care,- to leave bins empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,- to report any damage to the owner, that the owner will require payment of the costs in cash before departure after an accurate assessment of the damage,- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of your stay. * Customised transport is possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)The beach only 450 m, the bakery, the greengrocer's, the bar 800 m, the nearest restaurant 200 m, the petrol station 200 m away. The golf course 4 km, tennis courts 1 km.the location is sunny and quiet in the middle of nature.the beaches nearby are of different types, sandy, pebble, concrete, rocky, to satisfy all tastes and needs. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the summer days. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air thanks to the area's pine forests, nature and tranquillity.
