Bring the family to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for fun and a relaxing holiday. The flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house with another rental flat. Equipped with a barbecue for shared use and a terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can spend relaxing moments. Private car park on the fully fenced property. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away.The new and comfortable flat is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace with table and chairs at the entrance.the kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, bidet, towels are provided two per person (weekly change), the flat offers a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection.A barbecue, trampoline for children and free parking are available for shared use in the fully fenced courtyard.Please note: * Payment per person in cash on the day of arrival* Pets are not allowed.* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside* We ask our guests to respect the neighbours and keep quiet: - respect the neighbours and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,- turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher when not in the accommodation for safety reasons,- use the equipment of the accommodation with care,- leave the bins empty and wash the cutlery and kitchen utensils used,- report to the owner any damage caused, which the owner will ask for in cash after an accurate damage assessment before departure,- indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the last day of the stay * Individual transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)The location is sunny and quiet in the middle of nature and the nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebble, concrete, rocky, to satisfy all tastes and needs. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the summer days. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air thanks to the pine forests in the area, for its nature and tranquillity.450 m to the beach, 800 m to the bakery, greengrocer's, bar, 200 m to the nearest restaurant, 200 m to the petrol station. The golf course 4 km, tennis courts 1 km.
