Information about the host
Our well-kept house, in the Birnbach district, is situated in a prime, sunny south-facing slope with an unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. You will find a cosy home with us. The family-run house offers you: Two-room flats and comfort double rooms with small kitchen. Linen is provided, you don't need to bring anything with you. A special feature are our spacious, secluded balconies, which guarantee peace and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view. If you feel like it, we have a barbecue at your disposal. Our little guests are very welcome, with games, vehicles and trampoline they can have fun. Up to the age of 6, your little ones are free with us. Reductions for mountain railways and events. With the guest card you can park free of charge in the village and use the ski bus in winter. In winter, a toboggan run leads from our nearby alpine pasture into the valley. Drying room for clothes and shoes is available. You are welcome to use the lounge with its large terrace and garden for breakfast, snacks, dinner and celebrations. Dishwasher available! Ideal for families and groups. Two recommendable restaurants are located 3 and 10 minutes' walk from us, where your culinary wishes will also be fulfilled. You are welcome to use our guest W-LAN free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Luftkurort Reit im Winkl Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen bestimmt. Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt

When you arrive in Reit im Winkl, drive around our beautiful village until you reach Tiroler Str. While still in the village, turn right at the SPORT shop SKIHÜTTE. You are already on BIRNBACHERSTR: Continue past LANDGASTHOF GLAPFHOF/ Berghotel Birkenhof, in the direction of BIRNBACH: Until you reach GASTHOF STOANER ALm; but turn left before it. On the left side the third house is us. You have arrived: GUESTHOUSE KAISERWINKL NO: 37:

Kleine, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit neuer Küche, die mit einer Schiebetüre zu schliessen ist. Neu saniertes Bad.
Im Wohn- Schlafraum befindet sich ein Sofa , Esstisch und Stühle, Kleiderschrank, Kommode sowie ein Boxspringbett für 2 Personen.
Auf dem kleinen Balkon steht ein weiterer Essplatz bereit. Auch ein neuer Flachbildschirm mit Kabel - TV ist vorhanden.
