Cocoonr offers this charming 31 m² studio flat in Tholy to rent for up to 4 people.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely south-facing living room with mountain views, a fitted kitchen, two sleeping areas and a shower room (with shower).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, armchairs and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and extractor hood...
- Two sleeping areas with 1 double bed (140×190 cm) and 1 bunk bed, ideal for children (2 beds measuring 180×80 cm)
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, a fan, and an iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- An 8 m² south-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days
- A barbecue
The studio is ideally located in Le Tholy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Remiremont, 20 minutes from Le Tholy (18km) - Nearest airport: Colmar 1h20 away (67km) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included.
Available on request at an additional cost, to be paid at the on-site concierge desk. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are permitted, subject to an additional charge of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
