The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), access to an 8 m² loggia. - A bathroom with bath - A separate WC The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Juno Beach Centre - West beach of Courseulles-sur-Mer - Water sports & Beach club - Happy Club Courseulles Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered, private parking space outside.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Caen, 35 minutes away by car - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 35 minutes by car Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
