Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in Villarembert, this charming 25 m² studio apartment with ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 9ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room (with shower).
Wifi (fibre optic) and bed linen included, we're just waiting for you! The studio comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC Outside: - A 5 m² north-east-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, ski school 600 m away, mountain biking, etc. - Resort facilities (heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc.) at an additional cost - Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent. - The resort has had the "Family Plus" label since 2006, with activities for all ages. - Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, "Île aux Dragons" leisure park. - Access to ski slopes: For information on the resort's opening dates, please consult the Villarembert website.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the studio.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station, 25 minutes away by car - Chambéry airport, 1 hour 15 minutes by car (shuttle service available from the airport) Other remarks : - Bed linen included and towels not included, which can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
