Cocoonr offers this charming, light-filled 72 m² flat for rent in Savines-le-Lac, 500 m from the beach. It sleeps up to 6 people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 27 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Shower room (with walk-in shower)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron, Moulinex multi-cooker,
meat and sandwich grill, soup mixer and pressure cooker.
Outside:
- A south-west-facing balcony of approx. 4 m² with views of the lake and mountains and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- Les Combettes beach, around 500 m away
- Water sports (paddle, kayak, pedalo, sailing, windsurfing or water skiing)
- Downhill skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing (Réallon resort 10 km away or Les Orres 20 km away)
- Hiking, mountain biking
- Tasting of local produce
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence, about 170 km away
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, about 200 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie de la vallée (concierge / housekeeping service).
