Cocoonr offers this charming 32 m² flat with shared pool in Deauville to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area with a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 15 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A shared (unheated) swimming pool measuring 15×20 m, open from 1 May to 15 September, with a safety fence
- The property has a private west-facing terrace with furniture provided.
It is set back from the rest of the complex, giving it a pleasant sense of privacy with no direct neighbours opposite - A small, unfenced private garden of approximately 15 m² is situated in front of the terrace The flat is ideally located in Deauville, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Golf Barrière de Deauville: located right next to the residence, ideal for golf lovers. - Walks and hikes: the hillside area is great for walking, with beautiful views over Deauville and the sea. - Deauville town centre (a few minutes' drive away): shops, restaurants, market, cinema, Barrière casino. - Deauville beach and Promenade des Planches: swimming, sunbathing, beach sports, water sports. - Deauville-La Touques racecourse: horse racing all year round. - Tennis and sporting activities: courts available not far from the golf course. - Cultural visits: Villa Strassburger, marina, museums and galleries. - Well-being activities: spas, thalassotherapy, hotels offering treatments and massages. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Trouville-Deauville, about 10 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Caen, about 50 minutes by car To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Het was er heelijk rustig.
De nodige administratieve zaken leken voor mij geregeld echter intern is er “iets” toch goed fout gegaan zodat het beoogde appartement bij aankomst niet beschikbaar was. Uiteindelijk werd het geleverd maar het was niet goed schoon, het stonk naar sigarettenrook en het terras was ronduit smerig.

bien situé au calme et pas loin du centre ville (en voiture) le + dans résidence sécurisée avec place de parking inclus
