In the heart of Pöcking, we offer you a beautiful and bright modern 2.5-room apartment with 55 sqm.
In the living/dining area ground floor there is a pull-out couch (1.50m x 2m) and a smart TV, as well as a dining table for 4 people.
The bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2m) and dressing room is located in the basement, but has a large window.
It is bright and accessible via a spiral staircase (not suitable for people with mobility impairments). The apartment features a fully equipped, new kitchenette (2019). The bathroom with natural light is equipped with a new shower with corner entry and a washer-dryer. From the new southwest terrace with seating and a comfortable lounge chair, you can enjoy the sun with a view of the green countryside. Our vacation apartment in Pöcking is located in a tranquil 30 zone near the town center.
The S-Bahn station Possenhofen, shops, bakeries, and restaurants as well as the lake are easily accessible on foot.
The gentle hilly landscape around the lake is ideal for hiking and cycling. We provide a parking space in front of the property for your car. (Marked as private parking) You can park your bicycles directly in front of the apartment in the covered bicycle rack and lock them there. However, we assume no liability for your car and bicycles. Munich and Garmisch are reachable by car or train in 45 minutes. S-Bahn station Possenhofen Arrival by car from Munich via the A 95 motorway towards Garmisch.
Take the exit towards Starnberg and continue straight through Starnberg towards Weilheim B2. After the roundabout, take the first exit towards Pöcking North.
Turn left at the Gasthof zur Post.
The first road on the left is Pixisstrasse.
At the end of the road, number 26 is on the right side. From the A96 Lindau motorway towards Munich, at the Gilching exit (roundabout) take the direction of Starnberg, at the roundabout take the 1st exit right towards Andechs/Pöcking, continue straight until the next roundabout.
There, head towards Pöcking, again at the roundabout take the 1st exit towards Pöcking.
At the exit Pöcking North please exit, further see above.
